Girlfriend of accused East Bridgewater drug dealer under house arrest until court hearing - Brockton, MA - The Enterprise: "Mark Balboni, 23, was arrested last Thursday at his home at 2 Natalie Drive. Police said he told them he had been selling oxycodone pills for about three months from that address.
Balboni was charged with trafficking in excess of 28 grams of oxycodone, possession with intent to distribute anabolic steroids, conspiracy to violate drug laws and possession with intent to distribute a counterfeit controlled substance.
Balboni was held on $5,000 cash bail until his next court appearance on Jan. 11.
His girlfriend, 17-year-old Chelsea McKay, also of East Bridgewater, was arrested when she was found with him when police arrived at the house on Thursday morning. She was charged with possession with intent to distribute oxycodone, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
She was placed under house arrest on Monday until her next court appearance Thursday in Brockton District Court."
