Anthony Carleo was busted late Wednesday night. He's facing robbery, weapons and drug charges.
Police believe he's the man seen on surveillance tape running out of the casino following the December 14 heist of one and a half million dollars worth of chips.
No other arrests have been made but police say the investigation is ongoing.
Carleo is alleged to have escaped within minutes from the casino with over $1.5 million in gambling chips in December, while wearing a full-face motorcycle helmet.
This robbery led Bellagio owner MGM Resorts International to discontinue its standard chip valued at $25,000 and calling for all gamblers holding the chips to redeem them by April 22.
Carleo is also suspected in the December 9 hold-up at the Suncoast also involved a man wearing a motorcycle helmet, displaying a gun, demanding casino chips and speeding away on a black sport motorcycle.
That heist netted less than $20,000 in chips."
