He was found to be in possession of a large quantity of drugs, some of which was found strapped to his leg. Having been caught, Nedev, from Storrington Road, Addiscombe, pleaded guilty at Canterbury Crown Court, and was jailed on December 15. When officers stopped and questioned him on March 27 this year, Nedev said he had borrowed the car he was driving from a friend and had travelled to Brussels to collect some tools." For a year, undercover officers helped in the covert operation to stop street level drug dealing. Chief Hayes said they had arrested 15 of the 30 remaining defendants on Monday morning. Many of the defendants face delivery of controlled substance charges.
